Conner Whaley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and technical consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at FuSE since September 2021, Conner previously held roles in the same company which included Manager and Program Manager. Conner's prior experience encompasses technical consulting at Pterofin, Inc., where responsibilities included creating development roadmaps and providing design improvements for prototypes, and consulting at Resurgent Technology Ventures, focusing on due diligence and investment recommendations. As the CTO and Founder of Highlands Power Inc., Conner led a team in developing high-performance electric vehicle drivetrains, achieving significant cost reductions and facilitating international technology partnerships. Conner began a career in marketing as an intern at Crowd for Angels. A graduate of Santa Clara University, Conner earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.

FuSE is a Sacramento-based Software as a Service (SaaS) company that helps facilitate participation in California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), Oregon’s Clean Fuels Program (CFP), Washington’s Clean Fuel Standard (CFS), British Columbia's Low Carbon Fuel Standard (BC-LCFS) and the Canadian Clean Fuel Regulation (CFR). We partner with small- and medium-sized businesses who own or operator zero-emission vehicles and equipment in states that have clean fuel programs. Some of the industries we serve are retailers, grocers, manufacturers, warehousing and distribution facilities, school districts, municipalities, universities, seaports, and airports. Building upon nearly two decades of clean-transportation industry and public funding experience, we has developed a comprehensive and streamlined software platform, FuSE that eliminates many of the administrative roadblocks that traditionally preclude fleets from participating in clean fuel programs. We manage all of this – at no out-of-pocket cost to you
