Taylor Berry is currently the Customer Experience Manager at Fuse.Cloud, where they focus on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective interaction coordination and seamless product onboarding. Taylor has excelled in event planning and external communications, contributing significantly to customer-centric initiatives. Previously, Taylor served as an Enterprise Commercial Account Manager, where they strengthened client relationships and improved satisfaction by coordinating product demonstrations and facilitating onboarding processes. Taylor's diverse experience also includes working as a Residential Account Manager at C Spire and as an Office Manager at Southern Fabricators. They are pursuing a high school diploma in General Studies from Brandon High School.
