Fuse means to join or blend into a common entity. 

In our case, we have "fused' Organizational Coaching from a variety of backgrounds and experience to form a coaching team that will not have only the breadth of knowledge to create an impact in your organization, but also the depth of experience to carry it through into action. 

What we do 

Fuse coaching Cooperative exists to bring together coaches and for-impact organizations to ignite innovation, inspiration and empowerment while striving to change the world. 

We do this by : 
- Creating learning communities of practice where coaches can build their skills and abilities by coaching in the non-profi sector and each other. 
- Connecting for-impact organizations to the power of coaching. 
- Connecting people with passion and insight to use their gifts and talents to change the world. 

So that we accelerate the learning and development of coaches to empower organizations to fully develop the potential of their people, their mission, and the impact on the communities they serve.
