Sterling V. is a dedicated finance and operations professional currently serving as a Finance and Operations Associate at FUSE, a national nonprofit organization focused on enhancing local government effectiveness for equitable community building. Previously, Sterling worked as a People Coordinator at SYPartners, providing essential project support and fostering collaboration within the People Team.
