Theodore Chung

Theodore Chung is currently an Executive Fellow embedded with the City of Austin's Office of Resilience, where they engage with city stakeholders and develop resources to enhance community resilience. Previously, Theodore managed incidents and served as a life safety expert in the Corporate Security department of a major management consulting firm, as well as provided security expertise during the 2018 Winter Olympics. They have experience in crisis management from Goldman Sachs and worked as a consultant at TorchStone Global following their tenure as a Special Education teacher with Teach For America. Theodore also has a background as an Infantry soldier and officer in the United States Army and holds a Master's degree in Foreign Policy from Johns Hopkins University, focusing on Korea.
