Alan Chang is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and operations. As the Founder and CEO of Fuse since 2022, Alan is dedicated to building the world's first renewable giant. Previously at Revolut from 2015 to 2022, Alan held several key roles, including Chief Revenue Officer, where responsibilities included managing company P&L and achieving a fourfold revenue increase. As SVP of Revenue & Operations, Alan successfully led Revolut to positive EBITDA within ten months during the COVID pandemic, while also driving international expansion and significantly improving gross margins. Alan's career began as an Operations Analyst, focusing on customer service and business operations, after earning a degree in Physics from Imperial College London.
