Tommy Gain

Tommy Gain is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Fuse Engineering with a focus on strategic leadership, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement since January 2017. Prior to this role, Tommy served as Vice President of Operations, where expertise in leading teams and driving operational excellence was demonstrated. Previous experience includes Director of Operations at Optimus Technology, managing a team of 26 professionals and contributing to business development, as well as roles at The Wexford Group, General Dynamics Information Technology, and ITT Systems. Tommy holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and two degrees from the University of Phoenix in Information Technology and Information System Security.
