Brandon Keener started their work experience in 2002 as a Tactical Training Systems Instructor in the US Navy. Brandon was responsible for providing tactical and technical training in a simulated environment and revising training aids to improve efficiency and save costs. Brandon then became a Lead Tactical Trainer, supervising a division and providing professional development for employees. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Department Training Manager and Executive Advisor, where they developed training plans, advised executive leadership, and conducted simulated training exercises. In 2015, they became a Training Manager and Professional Development Manager, overseeing collaborative projects and delivering training recommendations. After leaving the navy in 2018, Brandon joined M-WERX as a Consultant and Corporate Fellow, where they developed a program model for military and veteran entrepreneurs. Currently, Brandon works at Fuse Integration as a Systems Engineering Manager, where they lead systems integration and manages a systems integration laboratory.
