Nate Johnson

Nate Johnson has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries. Nate started their career as an IT Technician at TELICS in 2012. Nate then worked as an E & I Engineer / Project Manager at CB&I in 2013, where they provided support for manufacturing and contributed to a controls upgrade project. In 2014, they served as an Electrical Controls/Robotics Engineer at Fives. Nate continued their engineering career at ATS Automation as a Controls System Design Engineer from 2015 to 2016. Nate then worked as an Electrical Engineer at Keller Technology Corporation in 2016. Nate also attended App Academy as a student during this time. From 2017 to early 2019, they were a Full Stack Engineer and later transitioned to a Frontend Software Engineer role at Meshify. In 2019, they joined Bitfusion as a Staff Software Engineer, working as a frontend engineer for the team. Nate was responsible for building a hypervisor platform for high-intensity machine learning workloads. Later that year, they joined VMware as a Front End Engineer, where they successfully delivered the Bitfusion Manager UI platform and drove the development of the Bitfusion Manager client application. Currently, in 2021, Nate is working at Fuse Technologies as a Frontend Tech Lead.

Nate Johnson obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In 2016, they attended App Academy, focusing on Computer Software and Media Applications for one year.
