Steve Dickson (Chartered MCIPD) is a strategic Learning & Development leader with over 20 years of experience in enhancing workplace learning and talent strategy to drive business success. Currently serving as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at Seasalt Cornwall, they design and implement global learning strategies that enhance customer experiences and support talent growth. Previously, they held significant roles at various organizations, including developing the UK's first Level 4 Medical Engineering apprenticeship program and leading impactful learning initiatives that supported B-Corp accreditation. Steve is an invited speaker at industry conferences, sharing insights on employee experience and high-impact learning cultures. They hold a PG Diploma in Management Studies and various certifications in education and quality assurance.
