Simon Baker

Simon Baker is a seasoned PropTech expert and co-founder of Fusion 4 Ventures, where they guide companies in scaling operations for successful exits. Previously, as Managing Director and CEO of REA Group from 2001 to 2008, they expanded the business from one Australian site to 22 across ten countries, dramatically increasing revenues from $4 million to over $155 million. Their extensive experience includes leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Redbubble, and various prominent boards, contributing to significant growth in financial valuations and operational reach in the real estate sector. Simon holds MBAs from the University of Minnesota and the University of Melbourne, alongside a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Monash University.
