Joseph E.

Joseph E. is currently a Doctoral Candidate and Head of School at Fusion Academy’s New York, Chelsea Campus. With over twelve years of leadership experience, Joseph has dedicated their career to fostering safe, inclusive environments that prioritize social-emotional learning and student mentorship. They also serve as the CEO of Engelhardt Consulting, providing coaching and leadership development to school leaders. Joseph's previous roles include Principal at both Elmsford Union Free School District and Alexander Hamilton Jr./Sr. High School, where they successfully implemented various educational initiatives and maintained high graduation rates. Additionally, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Quinnipiac University and is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an Ed.D. in Interdisciplinary Educational Studies.
