Mark Mockus

With nearly four decades of experience in architecture, design, and business development, Mark Mockus serves as National Director of Business Development at Fusion AE, an integrated architecture and engineering firm with offices in Minneapolis, Nashville, and Dallas. Mark leads Fusion AE’s growth initiatives across the retail, restaurant, and healthcare sectors—helping national brands scale multi-site rollout programs with precision, creativity, and speed to market.

Before joining Fusion AE, Mark held senior leadership roles at multiple nationally recognized design firms, where he built a reputation for fostering strong client relationships and driving large-scale, program-based design and implementation strategies. His experience spans thousands of projects nationwide, from flagship retail environments to healthcare expansions—supported by Fusion AE’s licensure in 49 states and Canada.

Mark is passionate about design that connects people and communities. Outside of work, he and his wife volunteer with local cat rescues, reflecting their shared commitment to compassion and community engagement.
