As a family-run international business, we bring a rare combination of professionalism and warmth to every conference, creating an experience that feels personal, comfortable, and uniquely inspiring. We prioritise maintaining an audience of 70 to 100 attendees, with each attendee bringing genuine passion and commitment to the conference theme – it's our way of ensuring the discussions are both meaningful and lively, encouraging everyone to feel safe participating.

Our conferences draw a diverse international crowd spanning various career levels, industry expertise, and groundbreaking research, a detail that adds a distinctive depth and excitement to every session. It's that genuine excitement from us as organisers that sets us apart. As a family, our dedication runs deep – we're committed to each other and, even more so, to every attendee's experience, delivering a level of care and passion that's truly unmatched.

The Fusion family now consists of; 12 years in business, 126 extraordinary conferences, 7,803 conference participants and 8 passionate team members.
