Chad Rabanus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chad started their career in 1999 at AT&T Mobility, where they worked in customer service and sales for four years. In 2003, they joined GEICO as a Claims Service Representative for a year. From 2004 to the present, Rabanus has been with Fusion Connect (formerly Birch Communications), starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing through various roles such as Team Leader, Elite Representative, and Network Planner. Chad'smain focus in Fusion Connect has been on quality assurance, where they have led testing efforts, developed and implemented test cases, and optimized the testing process. Outside of their work at Fusion Connect, they owned and operated Anubianhost.com, providing web hosting and server services to clients. Chad briefly worked as an Application Specialist at Lingo, Inc. in 2018. Overall, Rabanus brings a strong background in customer service, sales, and quality assurance to their work experience.

Chad Rabanus attended Gilead Christian Academy from 1996 to 1997 and then Westside High School from 1998 to 1999.
