Diego E.

Diego E. began their work experience in 2012 as a NOC Technician at Vital Network Services, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they moved on to become a Tier 2 VoIP Engineer at Momentum Telecom. In 2015, they joined Fusion Connect as a Senior TAC Engineer.

Diego E. completed their education history with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Atlantic Cape Community College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Diego E. has obtained several certifications including Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA-C) from Cisco in August 2019, SCP (Solarwinds Certified Professional) from SolarWinds in October 2016, CCNA Wireless from Cisco in August 2016, and CCNA from Cisco in August 2013.
