Mitchell Keblusek has a diverse work history in the telecommunications industry. In 2008, they worked as an Application Engineer at Cbeyond (now a Birch Company), where they were responsible for email and website migrations, application installation, training, and troubleshooting. Mitchell also provided user support on-site and via phone, including troubleshooting on the BroadWorks Application Server. During this time, they also contributed to the design and development of training and setup documentation.

In 2014, Keblusek joined Birch Communications as a Field Engineer, where they were responsible for the installation, activation, and training of VoIP phone systems. Mitchell also handled maintenance tasks for communication facilities, fiber network, and nodes. Additionally, they managed trouble tickets, inventory, and provided field support for the NOCC.

In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer, Team Lead at Birch Communications, where they supported VoIP sales and led a team. Mitchell'sresponsibilities included providing VoIP design expertise, call flow, and training.

Most recently, in 2018, Keblusek joined Fusion Connect as a Senior Design Engineer. Mitchell'srole involved designing and engineering solutions for clients. In March 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Solutions Engineer, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Mitchell Keblusek attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design with a focus on Architecture. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Design Studies with a specialization in Architecture. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mitchell obtained the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate certification from Fortinet in May 2020 and the CMNA certification from Cisco Meraki in August 2019.
