Robin Krind has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Since 2018, Robin has been working at Fusion Connect, starting as a Managed Services Manager and progressing to Senior Manager, Director of Service Delivery, and currently holds the position of Director of Implementation. Prior to Fusion Connect, Robin worked at Birch Communications from 2013 to 2018 as a Migration Specialist and later as a Service Delivery Manager. Before joining Birch Communications, Robin worked at Lightyear Network Solutions from 2010 to 2013, initially as a Customer Service Operations Manager. Robin's career in the telecommunications industry started at Southeast Telephone in 2004, where Robin held multiple positions including Commercial Technical Specialist, Complex Provisioning & Repair Manager, and Sales Engineer. Robin also worked at Eastern Telephone as a Business Communications Consultant before joining Southeast Telephone. Robin's earlier work experience includes a role as a Department Manager at Dawahare's.
Robin Krind received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Robin attended Big Sandy Community and Technical College from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Robin obtained a certification in NEC Unified Communications in October 2006.
