Tom Grones

Tom Grones is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the paper and food industries. Currently serving as a project manager at Fusion Integrated Solutions, LLC, since April 2019, Tom is contracted to WEC Energy Group. Prior to this role, Tom operated as a self-employed project manager and managed projects at The Foth Companies from February 2015 to April 2017, focusing on food processing and packaging operations. Tom's earlier experience includes managing capital projects at Georgia-Pacific LLC from February 2007 to February 2015, overseeing projects for towel, tissue, and board manufacturing. Tom's career began at Wausau Paper, where responsibilities evolved through various roles, including plant manager and director of engineering, between April 1990 and August 2004. Earlier engineering roles were held at Harris Group and Marathon Engineering, emphasizing process design and energy balances. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned between 1980 and 1984.
