Vice President, Production Development at Fusion Constructive

Mark G. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark has held various leadership positions and has experience managing teams, budgets, and projects.

Starting in 1985, Mark worked at DIC Entertainment as an Executive in Charge of Post-Production, where they owned and managed the day-to-day operations of the editorial subsidiary ACES. Mark implemented computer-based production systems and processes, resulting in significant schedule and cost reductions.

From 1989 to 1997, Mark served as an Executive Producer at Dream Quest Images, a visual effects company. Mark successfully directed numerous projects and feature film productions, contributing to a significant portion of the company's sales.

Mark then joined Digital Anvil in 1999 as the General Manager, overseeing multiple concurrent productions and development projects. Mark also served as a corporate spokesperson and member of various committees and advisory boards.

In 2002, Mark worked at Electronic Arts/Los Angeles as a Senior Development Director, supervising content creation and production efforts for the Medal Of Honor franchise. Mark managed a large team and collaborated with multiple departments to deliver the games in multiple languages.

From 2005 to 2007, Mark served as the EVP, COO, and Program Manager at Win Win Gaming, where they managed day-to-day operations for three companies and collaborated with various departments to develop new products.

Mark then joined Camelot Consulting in 2007 as the EVP, Program Management Consultant. Mark established a game development studio and supervised department heads and production teams. Mark also managed profit and loss, contract negotiations, and production processes.

At IMVU, Mark worked as a Senior Producer and Program Manager from 2013 to 2017, overseeing product development and international production support. Mark managed budgets, schedules, and cross-team communications for various projects.

From 2017 to 2019, Mark worked at QC Games Inc as the Studio Development Director and Project Manager. Mark directed and managed resources and development for a 60-person startup and was responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.

Most recently, Mark joined Fusion Constructive, LLC in 2021 as the Vice President of Production Development. Mark oversees all programs and project development activities and is involved in product planning, scheduling, and contract management.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Mark G. obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Education from Pierce College, where they studied from 1978 to 1980. Mark then went on to California State University, Northridge, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science. Mark attended this institution from 1981 to 1985.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mark G. has also obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute™. In February 2020, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from MSI Management and Strategy Institute. During the same month, they also completed the Project Management Essentials course at the Management and Strategy Institute.
