Ronald Schaffer USMC

Ronald Schaffer USMC (Ret) has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration, primarily within the Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Ronald served as Helpdesk/Application Support Manager at Zolon Tech, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2016, managing a team of 20 personnel and providing support for over 8,500 users. Prior to that, Ronald worked at CACI International Inc. from November 2006 to February 2013 as a Systems Administrator, offering Tier 2 support and utilizing Active Directory. Ronald also held the role of Systems Administrator at American Management Systems from May 2001 to November 2006, where responsibilities included developing training programs and administering help desk support. Subsequent positions included Information System Support Specialist at Buchanan and Edwards and currently serving as Systems Support Specialist at Fusion Technology LLC since August 2018.
