Marcus Harling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction, engineering, and procurement. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at Fusion21 and as a Non-Executive Sponsor Board Technical Advisor for the House of Commons, Marcus plays a key role in the Norman Shaw North project. As the Director of Harling Advisory Limited since May 2023, consultancy services are offered in real estate, infrastructure, and development.
