Oliver Mooney

Oliver Mooney is currently the Head of Category, leading an established procurement team and delivering services across capital expenditure projects within the public sector in the UK. They previously held various project management roles, contributing to the planning and implementation of facilities and construction projects. Oliver began their career as a Project Coordinator and progressed through positions at multiple organizations, including Trust Project Services and IESA Ltd. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Birmingham and are pursuing a Master of Laws in Public Procurement Law and Policy at the University of Nottingham. Oliver is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
