Becky Rutherford

Becky is Country Manager & Director Professional Services for New Zealand. She oversees Fusion5’s consulting services and ensures they are meeting scope, time, budget and quality expectations. She also provides team members with leadership, guidance and mentoring.

Backed by 20+ years’ experience building and managing highly successful delivery, sales, and marketing teams in consulting and professional services businesses. Her work spans multiple industries and business processes, across multiple product sets including software development, ERP, SRP, business intelligence, and CRM.

Becky has a real passion for building high-performance teams and delivering benefits to businesses. She is a visionary leader who always has an eye to the future.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University and an Executive Certificate of Management from Henley Business School.
