Indy Monos has accumulated a diverse range of experience in IT service management and consulting. Beginning as a Moves and Change Analyst at Datacom from June 2017 to July 2019, Indy managed service desk operations for LINZ and MFE. After serving as a National Service Coordinator and Service Desk Analyst at Foodstuffs, Indy transitioned to Vital NZ as a Service Delivery Coordinator in 2021. In December 2022, Indy joined Deloitte, progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant by April 2025. Currently, Indy holds the position of Service Delivery Manager at Fusion5, starting in April 2025.
