Mike Kaspar

Mike Kaspar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Since 2008, Mike has served as the Director of Project Operations at Fusionapps, overseeing client projects throughout the software development lifecycle and collaborating with management teams to create web-based business solutions. Prior to this, Mike was a Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase from 2005 to 2008, contributing to the Private Bank Project Management Office during the BankOne merger. Mike's earlier roles include Project Manager at Econium (Visalign), where responsibilities encompassed project delivery from the New Jersey office, and Director at Computer Horizons, managing consulting projects, including Y2K initiatives. Mike began a career at Crum & Forster in 1981 as a Project Manager, gaining experience in both technical and managerial capacities within client-server and mainframe environments.
