Hayley O. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Hayley started their career as a Travel Coordinator & Administrative Assistant at Scoep, Inc., dba Camp Birchwood, where they coordinated travel arrangements for campers and maintained their information database. Hayley then worked as a Teller at RiverWood Bank, where they provided customer service and processed various transactions.

Hayley then transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at U.S. Bank, where they handled customer inquiries and trained new employees. Hayley later took on the position of a Customer Service Representative Specialist, where they continued to handle customer inquiries and presented updates at employee meetings.

Hayley then joined Brau Brothers Brewing, Co. as a Server, where they served craft beer, processed orders, and assisted with food preparation. Hayley later worked at Wipfli LLP as an Executive Assistant to Tax Partners and the Marketing Director. Their responsibilities included event coordination and providing administrative support.

After that, Hayley worked at Ballard Spahr LLP as a Legal Administrative Assistant in the Public Finance department. Hayley assisted lawyers and paralegals with document organization, drafting correspondence, and preparing legal documents.

Hayley then moved on to The Flyfisher Group, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer/Treasury Manager. Their responsibilities included calendar management, travel coordination, and expense report management.

Following that, Hayley joined Agathos as an Office Manager and People Operations Coordinator. Hayley handled various HR tasks, managed office-related aspects, coordinated travel itineraries, and facilitated team lunches. Hayley also played a key role in onboarding and offboarding processes and assisted with change management efforts.

Currently, Hayley is working as an Administrative Systems Manager at FusionAuth. Their responsibilities include administering Gusto HR, managing employee onboarding and offboarding documents, and providing support for employee HR admin tasks.

Throughout their career, Hayley has demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Hayley O. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre/Theater at Southwest Minnesota State University from 2005 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Sports Management at Winona State University from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their educational background, Hayley O. obtained a Colorado Notary Public certification from the State of Colorado in February 2021.
