Steve Dickson

Steve Dickson is an experienced board member and executive in the fields of cybersecurity and customer identity management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at FusionAuth since January 2024, Dickson also held a Board position at Netwrix Corporation from August 2017 to October 2024, where responsibilities included strategic oversight. As CEO of Netwrix Corporation, Dickson focused on cybersecurity solutions for data, identity, and infrastructure protection. Involvement with Minerva Labs as an Advisory Board member and investor from January 2016 to December 2023 contributed to the company's successful exit to Rapid7. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager at Dell overseeing Microsoft Platform management and VP of Marketing for the Systems and Information Management Group from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Dickson served on the Board of Directors for Smarsh, aiding in the company's successful exits to Dell and Toba Capital. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's in applied mathematics, physics, and aerospace studies from Weber State University.
