We divert end-of-life tires from harmful emission generating waste processes, transforming them into renewable oils, circular carbon black, and clean electricity.

Each year, we generate an overwhelming quantity of waste tires—equivalent in weight to tens of thousands of Empire State Buildings. In the United States alone, over 300 million tires are discarded annually, with the majority ending up in landfills or being burnt for energy, creating significant environmental and health challenges.

Our reactor technology is optimized for thermal efficiency with low or zero emissions, depending on the grid, enabling the production of renewable oils, recovered carbon black, and synthesis gas. Specifically designed for processing waste tires, this system transforms environmental challenges into sustainable opportunities, driving the transition to a cleaner, circular economy.
