Wesley Sego is a safety leader with over 10 years of experience in compliance, incident response, and team leadership across various industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Regional EHS Manager at FusionSite, Wesley is passionate about fostering a safety culture and driving continuous improvement. Previously, they held the position of Safety Manager at the Tennessee Valley Authority, leading safety initiatives on civil infrastructure projects. Wesley began their career with the State of Tennessee, focusing on occupational safety and regulatory frameworks, and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Industrial Hygiene from the University of North Alabama.
