Sara Poolman

Sara Poolman is currently the Trust Lead for Safeguarding, Behaviour, and Attendance at Future Academies. They previously served as Vice Principal at multiple institutions, including Trinity Academy and Pimlico Academy, and held the position of Vice Principal at Harris Garrard Academy. With a background in leadership roles focused on pupil development, behaviour, and attendance, Sara has also been an Assistant Principal at The Ebbsfleet Academy. They earned a BA in History and Philosophy and a PGCE in Religious Studies from the University of Southampton, as well as an MA in Education Management from King's College London.
