Neil Bushell

Neil Bushell's work experience started in 1996 at Bernard Matthews Foods LTD, where they began as an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer and later became an Engineering Team Leader. In 2003, they were promoted to Engineering Department Manager, overseeing a team of 18 engineers and managing various projects. Neil worked at Bernard Matthews Foods LTD until 2013. In 2013, Neil joined Future Biogas Ltd as an Assistant Operations Manager and later progressed to the role of Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering at Future Biogas Ltd.

Neil Bushell attended various educational institutions throughout their career. In 1993, they enrolled at Loughborough University and studied Mechanical Engineering until 1996. In 2006, they briefly attended Cranfield University where they focused on Water and Wastewater Treatment. Additionally, Neil pursued further education in different fields. Neil undertook Engineering Maintenance-Electro-Mechanical studies at Eagit and Refrigeration Engineering Maintenance at Grimsby College. Neil also obtained a Nebosh Construction Health and Safety certification from NEBOSH and completed a Certificate in Management from The Institute of Sales Management (ISM).
