Kurtis Rayfield

Kurtis Rayfield, PT, DPT, SCS, MA, CSCS, is a Performance Coach and Consultant at Future, a position held since 2018. They also serve as the Sports Medicine Lead for the NY LIBERTY. Kurtis gained extensive experience as an Athletic Performance Coordinator for the Oklahoma City Thunder from 2013 to 2015 and worked as a Graduate Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Stanford University from 2011 to 2013. They earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2022 and hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University. In addition to their athletic accomplishments, they are recognized as a 2017 NBA Champion.
