Joe Stanish is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the composites and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as COO and Co-Founder at Future Comp LLC and CSS Composites since April 2019 and 2020, respectively, Joe previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at AVF Composites until February 2023. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer at Alchemy Bicycle Company and Vice President of Operations at Enve Composites, where Joe successfully scaled operations to meet significant demand increases while enhancing efficiency and reducing waste. Earlier career experience includes leadership positions at Hayes Diversified Technologies and Progressive Suspension.
