Irfan Dogan is an experienced professional in technology and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Transformation & Technology at Future Crops, a Dutch-Israeli agtech company, since April 2022. Previously, Irfan held various consulting roles at Bain & Company from June 2017 to April 2022, advancing from Associate Consultant to Specialist in the Advanced Analytics Group. Irfan's technical expertise was further developed through an M.Sc. thesis at Shell, focusing on dynamic well-reservoir interaction. Earlier experience includes a student internship at BMW Group, serving as a physics tutor at Stichting Studiebegeleiding Leiden, and project management at De Kleine Consultant. Irfan holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft and Delft University of Technology, respectively, as well as a Gymnasium diploma from Vrijzinnig Christelijk Lyceum.
