Future Dynamic Innovations (FDI), established in 2013 and headquartered in Rwanda, is a technology services and custom solutions development firm licensed by the Central Bank of Rwanda. FDI operates through five key segments: Aggregation Solutions encompassing Bulk SMS, USSD solutions, and Payment Gateways; Electronic Virtual Distribution; Custom Software Development and Technology Consulting as well as Agent Network Solutions stationing agents across the country to provide a variety of services, including airtime top-ups, prepaid electricity, TV subscription renewals, and RRA Tax payments. Soon the range of services will expand to include Insurance payment, Cash in/Cash out, and Irembo services.  

Our company thrives within the e-commerce domain, providing a diverse range of products and services tailored to both businesses and individual consumers encompassing B2C, B2B, and P2P transactions. These services are facilitated through strategic partnerships with various entities including Telecommunication companies, banks, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Savings and Credit Schemes (SACCOs), and Utility companies. FDI utilizes advanced platforms and applications to deliver services to end users through self-service options and a network of agents. The delivery and access channels include APIs and web portals for banks and other businesses, along with smart apps for agents and customers.
