Ann Shepherd

Ann Shepherd, Chartered FCIPD, FCIM, currently serves as Vice-President of Human Resources & Business Operations at Future Electronics, a position held since 1997, following various leadership roles within the company in EMEA. Ann's strategic and operational experience encompasses overseeing HR, Learning and Development, and Facilities departments. Prior to Future Electronics, Ann worked at Elf Oil UK Limited as Senior Project Manager, focusing on financial metrics and marketing plans, and at Lubrizol as European Business Analyst, enhancing the profitability of the EMEA organization. Ann holds an MSc in Marketing & Product Management from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc. Hons in Marketing & Economics from Newcastle University.
