Nigel Field has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the European e-Supply Chain Manager at Future Electronics since 1999. In this role, Nigel has played a crucial part in driving commercial success and facilitating the transition to e-commerce, demonstrating strong communication, managerial, and leadership skills. Key achievements include minimizing inventory growth, maximizing manufacturing flexibility, conducting economic impact analyses, and developing effective supply chain strategies that enhance inventory turnover, on-time delivery, quality, and profitability. Prior to this position, Nigel held various managerial roles at Future from 1999 to 2009, contributing significantly to operations in the EMEA region. Nigel's foundational education was completed at John Ruskin Grammar School in Croydon.
