Tom Saluzzo

Tom Saluzzo is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and support across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Technical Director at Future Electronics since January 2022, Tom drives demand creation in the Eastern and Central US and Canada through influence over sales and engineering teams, as well as strategic supplier relationships. Prior to this role, Tom managed a field application engineering team at Arrow Electronics from May 2013 to January 2022, and led hardware engineering at Performance Technologies for nearly two decades, focusing on advanced communications networks. Earlier in the career, Tom contributed to the design of UNIX-based servers at Data General and developed network systems at Calspan Corporation. Tom holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, earned between 1985 and 1991.
