Leah Haproff

Leah Haproff is a General Manager at Future Factory, where they lead operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, Leah held the role of Event Operations Manager at The Delphi Hotel, overseeing bookings and cultural activations. Their extensive experience also includes positions as Nightlife Manager and Assistant General Manager at Ace Hotel, and General Manager at Tenants of the Trees, where they managed staffing, payroll, and event planning. Leah began their career in customer service at Chase and Starbucks, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Fullerton College.
