Future Female Society is here to close the gap in inequalities for women and girls; to help to raise self-esteem and confidence levels, to broaden personal and career aspirations and to help women and girls in our community to reach their full potential.  
Future Female Society is working hard to make Ipswich the best place to be a woman or girl in Suffolk. We run programmes and workshops, visit schools and colleges and host events that raise aspiration and combat underachievement; we give women and girls the space to find their voice and recognise their own power, to become leaders of their own lives and within their careers and communities.
