Brett Thomas

Brett Thomas is a Senior Associate in Risk Monitoring and Control at Futures First since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in market risk management from a previous tenure at OSTC from September 2009 to July 2024, where roles included Senior Market Risk Manager, Market Risk Manager, and Head of Dealing at Godi Financial. At Godi Financial, Brett worked closely with SMEs, multinationals, and high-net-worth individuals to develop effective solutions for foreign currency exposure and managed commodities trading using insights from market research and economic fundamentals. Earlier in career, Brett served as a Telesales Account Executive at Orion Storage Solutions. Academically, Brett holds an MSc in Marketing from Swansea University and a degree from the University of Birmingham, supported by a strong foundational education at Ogmore Comprehensive School.
