Future Focus is a leadership training and development company focused on helping small and medium businesses grow by improving leaders’ capabilities and skills. We focus on giving your leaders the practical and relevant skills they need to succeed today and into the future. Our focus is to create a strong ROI for your investment in leadership training through an experiential learning model that drives transformation in leadership habits.

The Leadership Effectiveness Program is designed to engage your leadership team in creating sustainable transformation in their leadership behaviours and achieving business results for your company!

Our approach to Leadership Development goes beyond the standard training approaches because we are focused on successfully developing behaviour change that is sustainable for individuals and drives measurable improvement for the organization.

The experiential learning approach is what sets us apart from other leadership training programs. Each month, your leadership team will strengthen their skills through:
•	Learning – 2.5 hour training sessions (2/month for 6 months) on two to three leadership / management best-practices each session through instruction, best-practices, exercises, group exercises, role plays, etc.
•	Company Alignment - Facilitator-led discussion of how these skills apply to their experiences and how it is relevant to your company
•	Commitment to Application - Participants commit to specific actions they will incorporate into their leadership approach
•	Follow-up Coaching – 1-on-1 coaching sessions with their coach every month
•	Micro Learning Technology – interactive micro-instruction and gamification in between sessions to support the application of learned concepts
•	Peer Accountability to Growth - Group discussion of how learning was applied by participants

Finally, an affordable leadership training solution! Ask us how we created our program to make it accessible and affordable to SME and NFP Organizations!
