As the country faces a seismic shift in its agricultural landscape—particularly with the rise of fermentation dairy production that drastically reduces land, water, and emissions—our multi-year programs aim to navigate this disruption. While the environmental benefits are clear, the economic and social impact on rural communities is a complex challenge that New Zealand must confront.
