Beau McCall

Beau McCall has extensive experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations, learning and development, and workforce management. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations, Business Partnering, and Talent at Future Fund, Beau leads the Future Fund Academy's design and implementation while developing frameworks to enhance workforce capacity. Prior roles include Workforce and Learning Manager at Healthscope, where efficient E-learning strategies were developed, and Learning and Systems Lead at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, which involved designing a learning operating model. Additional experience includes change management consulting, HR coordination, and catering service support. Beau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management from Deakin University, a Diploma in Training Design and Development from RMIT University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Deakin University.
