Chris Burton

Chris Burton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and transaction services. Currently, Chris holds the position of Director of Private Equity at Future Fund, a role assumed in November 2022, while also serving as Manager of Private Equity at Future Fund Management Agency since February 2018. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Gresham Partners from July 2013 to January 2018 and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Services from March 2011 to June 2013. Chris also served as a tutor in Business Finance and Investments at the University of Melbourne from February 2009 to November 2010 and gained initial experience as a summer intern at National Australia Bank in early 2009. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First-Class Honours in Finance from the University of Melbourne, where studies took place from 2006 to 2009, following an education at Yarra Valley Grammar School from 2000 to 2005.
