Gillian Denison

Gillian Denison is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and leadership. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Perth Airport since May 2023, Gillian has held the position of Head of Legal at the Future Fund since September 2013, where responsibilities also included the role of Director, Legal. Additionally, Gillian is the Company Secretary and a fundraising committee member at The Melbourne Foundation, which supports scholarships for Australian children. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills and as an Associate at SJ Berwin LLP. Gillian's education includes a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, alongside completing the Williamson Community Leadership Program and obtaining a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
