James Waldron

James Waldron has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. James is currently working at Future Fund as the Head of Credit since July 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Future Fund, including Director of Debt, Manager of Debt, Manager of Debt and Alternatives, Senior Analyst of Debt and Alternatives, and Analyst of Debt and Alternatives from 2009 to 2022. Before joining Future Fund, they worked at Macquarie Group as a Business Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets division from 2008 to 2008. James also worked as a Summer Intern in the Equity Capital Markets division at Macquarie Group from 2006 to 2007.

James Waldron earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Melbourne, which they completed between 2003 and 2007. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from the University of Melbourne. In August 2012, they obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
