Kay Stuart

Kay Stuart is a highly experienced professional in the energy transition and investment sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Energy Transition at Future Fund since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kay was a Board Member at Energy Infrastructure Investments Pty Limited, a joint venture focused on gas and electricity transmission with significant assets. Kay's extensive background includes serving as General Manager of Corporate Development & Investments at APA Group and as Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets. Further experience in investment banking was gained at CIMB and Royal Bank of Scotland Plc, where infrastructure and utilities were key focus areas. Kay began a career at PwC, contributing to advisory services in public-private partnerships. Educational credentials include a CA from ICAS and an LLB (Hons) from The University of Edinburgh.
