Lachlan Carter

Lachlan Carter is a commercial real estate professional specializing in workplace strategy, currently serving as the Workplace Strategy & Corporate Sustainability Manager at Future Fund. With a background in managing end-to-end property lifecycles and expertise in various facets of workplace design and operations, Lachlan has previously held significant roles at The Adecco Group and the University of Melbourne, where they led a dedicated workplace team and facilitated extensive relocations. Lachlan also contributed as Chairman of the Owners Corporation Committee for a residential apartment building, managing facilities and overseeing financial planning.
